Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS from the United States. Shipping rates vary by product type and are calculated at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery after shipment
• Stamped Mail: No tracking provided - this is an economy option with no delivery confirmation
• Tracked Mail: Upgrade available at checkout for tracking and delivery confirmation

Tracking Information Tracking numbers are provided for all tracked shipping methods. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Stamped mail does not include tracking.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Delays & Lost Packages Once your package is in USPS's hands, delivery times and package handling are beyond our control. USPS delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or other factors.

If you experience shipping issues or your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number (for tracked shipments). We cannot be held responsible for USPS delays, lost packages, or issues that occur after the package leaves our facility.
